This 2-color brochure was designed to sell a manual
to CUES® members about credit union facility
planning. I chose an architectural background and
linear design elements to emphasize the theme. Order
information by phone, fax, submission or mail is
available on the back, along with an order form.

Medical Outcomes Research Project for the State
Medical Society, 1998.
SMS requested 4 inserts to accompany a preexisting
folder, describing the Medical Outcomes Research
Project, and the need for donations to fund the
project. I created the individual pieces so that
they mirrored the design of the folder when stacked
but stood alone well as individual pieces (detail,
right). The four pieces (2-color, 3-color and 4-spot-color)
were created in Quark Xpress and printed on a glossy
stock. Fit into standard size folder.

Very Special Arts Wisconsin–Christmas Card
Brochure, 1997.
Created in Quark and printed digitally in 4-color,
this trifold brochure features three Christmas cards
created by Wisconsin artists with disabilities.
The background has a stained glass effect for the
holidays and the three available cards are pictured
inside the brochure, with the order form on the
back. Letter size, folded to 3.66 x 8.5".

Inserts describing services and products available
through LifeSketch, March 2001.
Designed using Photoshop and Quark and printed on
gloss paper in 4-color, these inserts provide information
regarding LifeSketch products and services for clients,
instructors and hostesses. Responsible for editing
all product photos which were shot in-house, in
addition to design and prepress. Letter size.
