Fireman Matt

Huge congratulations go out to Schroeder who graduated (third from right) from fire school today. He is now an official Madison Fire Department Firefighter and ready to work two days a week, impress young girls in his blues and rescue cats in tall trees. And occasionally run into burning buildings, which is pretty cool. Be safe.

Boxing Day & Beer

Thanks to Matt & Mel for a hosting a great get-together in honor of Boxing Day and beer. A great surprise was running into Diane Schoff, a childhood friend who I hadn’t seen since our moms used to work together 20+ years ago. Turns out she was friends with Mel in highschool. Small world.
